Growth and sustainability continues to be my focus from day-to-day. Is it yours? It has been the focus of my guest Jay Jones on the November 1st episode of OLWJ Captivation. He has been a serial entrepreneur for 20 years, establishing 17 businesses.

Jay is another example of Boundless. In this episode, he defines boundless and tells the story of where he came from and where he is trying to go.

In life, we all endure struggles but we must identify how to overcome them in order to achieve greater success. Jay identified working in corporate America as his struggle and discovered that establishing multiple businesses would be his way out.
